Privacy Policy for FlashMathFlash

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Level Up Math LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the FlashMathFlash mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android. The short version is simple: we do not collect any of your data. The App does not require an account, and it does not connect to the internet.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App is designed to be used without providing any personal information, and nothing you do in the App is ever sent to us. To be thorough, we do not collect:

• Personal information: your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• Usage data: information about how you use the App, such as which features you use or how often you open it.
• Device or network information: your IP address, device type, operating system, advertising identifier, or any other unique identifier.
• Location data: your physical location or GPS data.

The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. The App is a one-time paid download: your purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and we never receive your payment details.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

To work properly, the App saves a small amount of information locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else:

• App preferences: settings such as sounds, haptics, dark mode, and card animation.
• Session settings: the options you last chose for a practice session (operations, focus and helper numbers, timer or card count), so they're ready next time.
• Session history: a record of each completed session — the date and time, the operations practiced, the number of cards attempted and answered correctly, your accuracy, and the session length or card count.

Sharing Your Results

The App's Score screen lets you copy or share a text summary of a session. This happens only when you choose to do it, and the summary goes only to the destination you pick (for example, a messaging or notes app), which handles it under its own privacy policy. We never receive a copy.

Device Backups

Depending on your device settings, your device's own backup service (such as iCloud Backup on iOS or Google backup on Android) may include the App's locally stored information along with the rest of your device's data. Those backups are managed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies; we have no access to them.

Deleting Your Data

Because all of the App's information is stored on your device, you're always in control of it. Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all of its data.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for learners of all ages, including children. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

As the App does not collect or transmit any of your data, there is no risk of your data being lost, stolen, or compromised from our systems.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
