Delete Your MelodyMode Account

You can permanently delete your MelodyMode account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the App installed.

Option 1: Delete in the App (fastest)

If you still have MelodyMode installed, open the App and go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the App installed, email us at stephen@levelupmathllc.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account (email, login credentials)
• Your practice progress: per-note and per-scale XP, unlocked levels, and earned badges
• Your subscription-status record (this does not automatically cancel an active subscription — see below)

This action cannot be undone.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription, since subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. To stop being charged, cancel directly from your device: App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.
