Terms of Use for MelodyMode

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MelodyMode mobile application (the "App"), provided by Level Up Math LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The App

MelodyMode is an ear-training app that plays sequences of musical notes for you to identify. You can use it as a guest with no account, or create a free account to sync your practice progress across devices.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address. You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions (MelodyMode Premium)

MelodyMode Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered in monthly and yearly durations, that removes ads and unlocks premium features. Pricing for each duration is shown in the App before you purchase.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time from your device's account settings (App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions), or via the "Manage" button in the App's Settings screen, which links directly there.
• If we offer a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies — we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

Please use the App as intended. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services, and don't use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Level Up Math LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations for ear-training progress.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Math LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
